    Cynomologus Monkey

Scientific name:Macaca fascicularis. Cercopithecidae, Macaca. Also known as hanuman or Java monkey, cynomologus monkeys inhabit in marshland with mangrove trees. Smaller than rhesus monkeys, cynomologus monkeys have yellow, gray or brown hair color, with light white in abdominal and inner limbs hair; Their Head hair backward, the face with whisker hair, the skin naked around eyes, there is a white triangle area in the upper eyelid; Their ears are erect with black eyes.

Cynomologus monkeys are suitable for all kinds of animal model research, such as diabetes model, spinal cord injury model, Parkinson's disease model, kidney failure model and renal hypertension model, as well as behavior analysis and toxicological experiments, immunology research and parasitology research.

Scientific name: Marmoset. Callitrichidae, common marmoset. Also known as thumb monkeys, Marmoset is a kind of small non-human primates from South America amazon rainforest. Compared with other non-human primates, it possesses the benefits of small size, short sexual maturity and pregnancy period and obedient characters for easy laboratory breeding, and shares strong genetic similarities with humans, with huge medical science research foreground. Marmoset is suitable for reproductive physiological research, contraceptive drug research, hepatitis virus A research and parasitic diseases research.

    BALB/c Nude Mouse(SPF)

Based on the patient derived-xenografts (PDX) animal disease model of cancer , We established the PDX model using human primary tumor cells as explants in BALB/c nude mice to construct in situ and ectopic tumor models.

It maintains the heterogeneity of the tumor , and retains the short modeling time of the common CDX model (cell strain), achieving the overall traceability from human primary cells to the model. Meanwhile, our PDX model use human primary tumor cells as explants at low passage numbers(average of six passes), which is believed to conserve original tumor characteristics such as heterogeneous histology, clinical biomolecular signature, malignant phenotypes and genotypes, tumor architecture, and tumor vasculature.
